I lost all of my grandparents before I got married. I’ve always been really sad about that because my grandma Wanda would have LOVED meeting James. They were so vibrant, and I couldn’t really believe I lost them so early. 

When I got married, I didn’t know the richness of heritage I was marrying in to. James has two sets of grandparents who are so special to us, and this year, we rejoiced when we were able to introduce them to their great-grandson! These photos of four generations of Sweetings have become precious precious treasures for us. 

Our families haven’t had the luxury of taking time for granted, and I’m so thankful for little moments and snapshots in to our family heritage and our times together.
