There are stories in the walls of our house- literally. 1.5 years ago our friends scribbled all over our walls before covering them with fresh coats of paint. We’ve ripped up carpets, seen the “End of the World”, slept through tornados, fixed bathtubs, cooked countless meals and hosted many a weary traveler. Our home will never be the things in it- it’s the people and stories that continue to fill it and bless our lives.

My 2012 Goal was to shoot more personal work- to capture our friends, family and adventures that are near and dear to our hearts. Whether it was family events, traveling for weddings, or having people over, I tried to be diligent to pull out a camera (or two) in my down time. Here’s some of the work I did this year on my own dime. Here’s to the New Year! -K
