Yet another beautiful high school senior on the blog! Sarah will graduate from Franklin High School this year. She is very creative (a writer and a painter) and she had lots of great ideas for her shoot, including going to a laundromat! We had quite the adventure and I love how her pictures turned out.
Katie and Joel are my dear friends who just got married in June. They always give me the go ahead to be creative and crazy, so I pulled them outside in the dark and in the rain/snow to get these festive pictures in a Christmas Tree lot. James came along and held my speedlight. He is secretly hiding behind Katie and Joel in half these pictures.
Time for some hot cocoa!
Katie made this banner- how cute and crafty is she?
I call this picture on the right “ghosts of christmas present”- my flash was too close and totally ghosted them out. But I kinda like it!
I love this sweet family- they used to be our neighbors, but now they live in a super cute house across town. They broke out the Christmas decorations early to get some festive pictures. Their son Jasper and I have taken pictures before and he’s been featured on this parenting blog and now he’s starting an acting career! No one can resist his red curls! I had so much fun hanging with you three. I know your holidays will be filled with lots of cheer.
Mandey is so stinkin’ pretty. I had to put up this picture.
I loved spending the afternoon with Kayla and her mom. We had a gorgeous day in Franklin, TN and found some beautiful locations, including this beautiful red bush- Kayla looks so good with red!
It was so nice meeting you guys! Hope you have an amazing senior year.
I had the pleasure of working with this up-and-coming artist. The group is known for sporting camo and singing about Ace Hardware and life in the country. Their favorite past-time is badminton and they love venison stew. Follow along as they post pictures, videos and songs on their facebook page.
You are sure to get a good laugh!
Check out this video of the band talking about their favorite past-time:
Nicole was so much fun to work with. We met up in Hillsboro Village and took pictures in the park and around town. Half way through her shoot, it started raining and got dark and cold really fast. She was a great sport and we ducked in and out of shops getting fun pictures. I loved how the rainy pictures turned out- proof that you don’t need perfect weather to get awesome pictures!
Thanks for being a great sport Nicole- you are so much fun!
And to top off the evening, some yummy hot cocoa at Fido. Perfection!
